Accounts (Accounts)
The Accounts panel provides access to existing accounts, as well as the ability to add and configure new accounts. There are 4 (four) categories of accounts: Fleet, Loyalty, Pre-paid, and Subscription. Accounts can be configured for redemption by a magnetic stripe card, numeric code, or RFID tag. The accounts module also includes reports for tracking account status and usage.
Search
The Search function provides the ability to locate a specific account. It includes search parameters to help narrow a search to specific account information or data.
Show Results
The Show Results function generates the search based on the search settings.
Add
The Accounts panel provides the ability to create and configure new accounts.
Category
The Category setting provides the ability to select the type of account to create.
Add New Account...
The Add New Account... function creates a new account based on the selected Category, which can then be configured.
