Account Sales Report (Accounts)


The Account Sales Report provides the ability to generate an account sales statement for a specific account or all accounts, for a specified time range.

Account Sales Report Settings

The Account Sales Report Settings panel provides report parameters for generating the report.

Account Name

The Account Name setting provides the ability to generate the report for All Accounts or a specific account.

Account Program

The Account Program setting provides the ability to generate the report for All Programs or a specific program.

Sort Order

The Sort Order setting provides the ability to specify the data column by which the generated report data should sort.

Report Period

The Report Period setting provides the ability to generate the report for the all time or a date range.

All

The All setting provides the ability to generate the report for all time.

Date Range

The Date Range setting provides the ability to generate the report from one specific date to another specific date.

Run Report

The Run Report function generates the Account Sales Report for the selected settings.

Account Sales Report Data

The Account Sales Report data is organized in a table. It can be re-generated with different settings (Settings...) printed or saved in a CSV file (Save).

Settings... | Print | Save

The Account Sales Report includes functions to re-generate it, print it, or save it.

Settings...

The Settings... function provides the ability to re-generate the report with different settings.

Print

The Print function provides the ability to print the currently generated report.

Save

The Save function provides the ability to save the currently generated report in a CSV file.

Account Name

The Account Name column provides the name, in Last, First format, if available, for the corresponding account.

Acct#

The Acct# column provides the account identification number, if available, assigned to the corresponding account.

Program

The Program column provides the name of the account program to which the account belongs.

Date

The Date column provides the date, in MM/DD/YYYY format, the account program transaction was recorded.

Sales Type

The Sales Type column provides the transaction type that was recorded.

Value ($)

The Value ($) column provides the monetary value of the corresponding transaction.

Value (uses)

The Value (uses) column provides the usage value of the corresponding transaction.

Price

The Price column provides the monetary value recorded for the corresponding transaction.

Employee ID

The Employee ID column provides the user identification number recorded for the corresponding transaction.
